ORDINANCE N0. ~~j ~~p <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET, MAKING <br />APPROPRIATIONS DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE <br />ANNUAL AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX FOR THE CITY <br />OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JULY 1, 1990, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1991; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section 1. That the budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, for <br />the year commencing July 1, 1990 and ending June 30, 1991, as set <br />forth in Section 2 below be, and the same is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
