The territory in Lane County, aregon, annexed <br />to the City of Eugene on May 21, 1990, as bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in the Santa <br />Clara region of North Eugene, east of <br />River Road and Scenic Drive, north of <br />Clairmount, south of Nottingham, Parcel <br />8800, Assessor's Map 17-04-01-0 0, and <br />more particularly described on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. Henson, EC EU 90--07 ~ . <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, <br />effective July 1, 1991. <br />Section 2.
