oRDrrrANCE Na . ~ ~ 7~~ <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described street and <br />alley, to-wit: <br />Those portions of the street and alley in and adjacent <br />to Block 5 of the ORIGINAL PLAT GF EUGENE CITY, as <br />recorded on Page 2 of Docket A, Lane County Oregon Plat <br />Records, described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1: All that portion of East 4th Avenue lying <br />Southerly and contiguous to Lot 4 and Easterly from the <br />Easterly right-of-way line of Ferry Street extended. <br />PARCEL 2: The entire East-West alley lying between Lvts <br />2 and 3. <br />RESERVING HEREIN an easement for public access to the <br />"River Edge Public Playa" upon and across the above <br />described parcels, and the right to install, maintain and <br />repair any and all public utilities thereon. ~EWEB SV 59- <br />003 ~ <br />4n the 12th day of February, 1990, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene by Motion duly passed, called a public hearin to <br />g <br />be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 12th day of March, 1990 <br />at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time <br />and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the <br />proposed vacation of the above described street and alley. At the <br />time of the regularly scheduled hearing on March 12 1990 the <br />i / <br />Council postponed the hearing to July 9, 1990. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the postponed hearin <br />g <br />and at said time and place the Council heard all objections to the <br />prapased vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street and alle to <br />Y <br />be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same . <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DDES ORDAIN A5 FCLLO'~S: <br />Section i.
