ORDINANCE N0, 19106 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ONE AND TWQ FAMILY DWELLING <br />SPECIALTY CODE AND ELECTRICAL SPECIALITY CODE; AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 8.050 AND 8.015 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1911; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The State of Oregon <br />1990 Ed ~ t ~ on One and Two Fami l y ~Dwel l ~ng Specialty Code i s hereby <br />adopted and violation thereof shal 1 constitute an offense against the city. <br />Section ~. Section 8.015 of the Eugene Code, 1911, is amended to pro- <br />vide: <br />E1 ectri cal Code <br />.015 E1 e_ctri cal,,„-S„pec,~ _a,l t C,,„_„__ <br />' y ,_ode . <br />~1} The State of Oregon 1990 Edition Oregon Electrical Safety <br />Specialty Code is hereby adopted and violation thereof shall constitute an <br />offense against the city. <br />~2} When a term listed in section 103 of the electrical code is <br />defined differently in section 8.001 of the Eugene Code, 1911, the defini- <br />tion in section 8.001 shall be used unless the context in which the term is <br />used clearly requires use of the section 1a3 definition. <br />Section 3.
