Subparagraph ~a} 2. of Section 9.585 of the Eugene Code, <br />1911, is amended to provide: <br />9.586 Parkin S aces Re ui red. Unless specifically prescribed otherwise <br />elsewhere in this code, the number of off-street parking spaces <br />required shall be no 1 ess than as set forth i n the fallowing: <br />Use Parkin S ace Re uired <br />~ a} Residential types <br />Z. Dwelling, two-family or <br />multiple <br />1-1/Z for each dwelling unit; <br />where fractioned, next highest <br />full unit, except development <br />in RA and R-1 Districts pursuant <br />to sections 9.38614} and X15} <br />shall provide a minimum of 2 <br />parking spaces per unit, and <br />except 1 for each dwelling unit <br />for a mul ti pl a dwelling 1 ocated <br />in an area described in section <br />9.58Z~g}~ <br />Section 3. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence <br />of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference <br />errors contained herein or i n other provisions of the Eugene Cade, 1911, to <br />the provisions added, amended, or repealed herein. <br />Section 4.
