ORDINANCE N0. 19114 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE AUDIT COMMITTEE, CITIZEN <br />INVOLVEMENT COMMITTEE, JOINT PARKS COMMITTEE, AND <br />SISTER CITIES COMMISSION; AND AMENDING SECTION 2.013 <br />OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1911. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
