Al l new structures, ,ex~an_s„ion of exi sti n~. structures, dri ves, <br />parking, and other new or ex ansion of existn open stora=ge areas <br />shall be set back ~a minimum ofd between Zo and 35 feet from the <br />tap of the river bank, unless the location of the floodway bounda- <br />ry requires a greater separation. This setback will be known as <br />the Glenwood Greenwa setback. The flexibilit rovided between <br />20 and 35 feet will de end u on the amount of ri orlon area from <br />the to of the river bank to the ordinar low water line. The <br />intent of the Glenwood Greenwa setback is to allow ode uate s ace <br />and se oration from the river for uses that are not water-related <br />or water-de endent and to allow enau h s ace for construction of a <br />riverfront bike ath in the future.
