The city shall grant an adjustment <br />to the side, front and/or rear yard setback requirements by up to 50 percent <br />only to the extent necessary to build a propased building so it complies <br />with the solar setback standard ~n subsection ~4} of this section or the <br />solar balance point adjustment i n subsection ~S} of this section. The yard <br />setback adjustment may nvt reduce the setback below that required to comply <br />with building code standards far fire control. <br />.
