therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Based upon the above findings, which are hereby adopted, and <br />the recommendation of the hearings official, the Assessment Roll attached to <br />Ordinance No. 19683, enacted on April 9, 1990, is amended by deleting therefrom <br />the assessment in the amount $1,839.89 as represented by account number 891029w <br />0010, tax lot 17-03-19 42-02403, Bedeacht, Manfred and substituting therefor: <br />Account No. Name Amount <br />891029W0010 Bedeacht, Manfred $12,551.91 <br />891029-0020 City of Eugene $ 1,839.89 <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections <br />to the Assessment Rol 1 attached to Ordinance No. 19683 and to the docket of city <br />liens, and to send a notice of the assessment to the property owner set forth <br />in Section 1 above. <br />Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other pravisions~af <br />Ordinance No. 19683 and the assessments provided for therein remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />Section 4.
