ORDINANCE N0. 19132 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION; ESTABLISHING A NEW COMMISSION AND STANDING COMMITTEES OF THE COMMISSION; AMENDING SECTIONS 2.013, 2.109, 2.260, 2.265, 2.270, 2.215 AND 2.280 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; REPEALING SECTION 2.285 OF THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
