REASONS FOR VACATION REQUEST <br />PLEASANT HIGHWAY <br />The vacation of P~.easant ~iighway is being requested to allow <br />for the deve~.opment of SPRING KNOLL P.U.D. The right of way <br />was dedicated vn the plat of SOUTHERN HEIGHTS and never <br />constructed. The lots surrounding this portion of roadway <br />were vacated but not the right of way. <br />The Dorroh Ranch roadway was part of the unrecorded <br />subsdivision of DORROH RANCH. This roadway was dedicated to <br />the public but never constructed, <br />These vacations will in no way prevent the future extension <br />of public services, facilities and utilities. to the area. <br />Spring Boulevard and East 43rd Avenue are the designated <br />collector streets and wi7.l accommodate future development <br />and extension of services and utilities. <br />There is no present or future need for either Pleasant <br />Highway or the Dorroh Ranch roadway. These roadways are not <br />part of any transportation plan for the area. Private <br />roadways and pubi.ic utility easements will be dedicated to <br />faci~.~itate the deve~.opment of SPRING I:NOLL P.U.D.. <br />~ ~ ~ , <br />AUG 1 ~ 190 <br />~: ,- <br />
