r " <br />t <br />ORDINANCE NO . ~,~ ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MA~CING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1990, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1991; and DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the year beginning July 1, 1990, and ending June 30, 1991, as set forth <br />in Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
