ORDINANCE N0. 19769 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING NUISANCE ABATEMENT AND <br />ADDING SECTION 6.115 TO THE EUGENE CODE, 1971. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Anew Section fi.115 is hereby added to the Eugene Cade, 1911, <br />to provide: <br />15 le al Proceeds n far,,,,,.,,..,_ ~~ <br />g_ ` g„ Abatement, A person whose interest i n real <br />property i s ar may be affected by a publ i c nuisance ar a nui sauce <br />affecting the public, as defined i n this code, may, i n addition to other <br />remedies provided by 1 aw, institute ,abatement proceedings to abate or remove <br />the unlawful thing, substance, condition, activity ar use.
