Long, Acting Director of the <br />Eugene Development Department, as authorized to sign and execute on behalf <br />of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene, grant applications, <br />bonds, contracts, and other documents as may be required from time to time. <br /> <br />As my designate, Gary P. Long is further authorized on behalf of the Urban <br />Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene to: <br /> <br />(a) Prepare the annual budget; <br />(b) Make all purchases; <br />(c) Appoint and remove all employees of the Urban Renewal Agency; <br />(d) Enforce all resolutions of the Urban Renewal Agency; <br />(e) Act as business agent for the Agency for the sale of real es- <br />state and other matters relating to franchises, leases and <br />other business and property transactions; <br />(f) Prepare and furnish all reports requested by the Agency; <br />(g) Perform such other duties as the Agency directs; and <br />(h) Administer and implement the powers and authority conferred <br />upon the Urban Renewal Agency by ORS 457.170, 457.180, and <br />457.190. <br /> <br />This act of the designation of Gary P. Long on behalf of the Urban Renewal <br />Agency of the City of Eugene is in conformance of Resolution No. 907 of the <br />Urban Renewal Agency adopted the 17th day of October, 1984. <br /> <br />??U~:!:~/~ <br /> <br />Mic~al D.
