<br />ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES <br /> <br />FIRE SAFETY LICENSE <br /> <br />A. Application Fee: <br /> <br />An application for a new license or for a renewal of a <br />license required under Section 3.175 of the Eugene Code, 1971 <br />shall be accompanied by a non-refundable $35.00 fee. <br /> <br />B. Procedure for Review of Application for 1985-86 License: <br /> <br />1. In order to allow for efficient inspection and <br />enforcement, the City has been divided into the following regions <br />to stagger the renewal dates of fire safety licenses: <br /> <br />a. Region 1 - September 1 <br />b. Region 2 - October 1 <br />c. Region 3 - November 1 <br />d. Region 4 - December 1 <br />e. Region 5 - February 1 <br />f. Region 6 - March 1 <br />g- Region 7 - April 1 <br />h. Region 8 - May 1 <br /> <br />2.
