<br />CITY FILE NO.53 - :?/ 6 - CJ 'i <br /> <br />NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br />OF <br />EUGENE MALL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Micheal D. Gleason, City Manager of the City <br />of Eugene, Oregon, pursuant to the authority contained in Section 4.879 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, on the 25th day of August, 1986, has promulgated and issued <br />Temporary Eugene Mall Regulations which: <br />Set forth prohibited activities; conditions to be imposed on mall <br />permits, including commercial pursuit permits; contain criteria for <br />constitutionally protected activities; establish enforcement procedures; <br />provide procedures for revocation and suspension of permits, permit <br />terms, priority for conflicting permit applications, appeals, notice, <br />and penalties for violation. <br />These Temporary Eugene Mall Regulations are necessary in order to insure <br />that the purpose and intent of the Mall as set forth in Sections 4.876 through <br />4.879 of the Eugene Code, 1971 are met. <br />The Temporary Eugene Mall Regulations may be reviewed at the office of <br />the Eugene Development Department, Community Development Division, 72 West <br />Broadway, Suite 200, Eugene, Oregon 97401 during normal business hours. <br />The City Manager will, on the 18th day of September, 1986, (20 days from <br />the date of publication of this notice), adopt the Temporary Eugene Mall <br />Regulations as Permanent Eugene Mall Regulations. All persons wishing to <br />comment thereon or object thereto must submit their comments or objections to <br />
