<br />CITY F:T"f ';="j\yr'j S 3 ._' ~_l-:-_~ 7 , <br />....1.,'-1 ~,,\,,) -. ~..._...._... .-." .... <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br />of the <br />City Manager <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br />Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene <br />Charter of 1976, as supplemented by Resolution No. 3925 adopted by <br />the Council on June 12, 1985, the City Manager, as business agent <br />for the City, is authorized to sign and execute on behalf of the <br />city, contracts and other documents as may be required from time <br />to time. <br /> <br />Regulations governing approval of applications for Condi- <br />tional Use Permits, Planned Unit Developments and Site Review <br />require that certain performance agreements be entered into be- <br />tween the applicant and the City. The agreements are presently <br />executed by the City Manager on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />These applications are processed by the City's Planning <br />Department, and it would be more efficient and expeditious to <br />delegate to Susan Brody, Planning Director, authority to execute <br />these agreements on behalf of the City of Eugene. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDER AND DIRECTS <br />THAT: <br /> <br />Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, Susan <br />Brody, Planning Director of the City of Eugene is authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the City, all agreements required under the <br />provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 to be executed in connection <br />with applications for Conditional Use Permits, Planned Unit Devel- <br />opments, and Site Review, including any modifications of any such <br />agreements. <br /> <br />Dated this ~q~day of <br /> <br />September, 1987~ ~ <br /> <br />'~. ~ '.?
