ORDINANCE NO. I ~ ~ b ~ <br />An ordinance vacating the following described pedestrian <br />walkway, to-wit: <br />A 10.00 foot walkway between lots 24 and 25, <br />Block 2 of Chippendale, as platted and <br />recorded on File 73, Slides 440 and 441, Lane <br />County oregon Plat Records, in Lane County, <br />oregon. <br />RESERVING herein the existing public utility <br />easement upon, above, and beneath the above <br />described property, and the right to enter <br />thereupon for construction, maintenance and <br />repairs. Schroeder, PV 88--1. ~ <br />on the 23rd day of January, 1989, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene by Motion duly passed, called a public hearing to <br />be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 27th day of February, <br />1989, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at <br />which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as <br />to the proposed vacation of the above described pedestrian <br />walkway. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at <br />said time and place the Council heard all objections to the <br />proposed vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the pedestrian walkway <br />to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the <br />same. <br />THE CITY QF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FoLL4WS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made <br />at the hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of the <br />Qrdinance - 1 <br />
