ORDINANCE N0. ly~ay AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR paving, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, sidewalks and street lights on Gilham Road from Crescent Avenue to Honeywaod Street in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: After considering the report, the City Council did by Resolution No. 4013, adopted on the 17th day of November, 1986, order the local improvement consist- ing of construction of paving, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, sidewalks and street lights on Gilham Road from Crescent Avenue to Honeywood Street, be made and directed the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the local improvement and to call far bids on the construction contract. After due notice and a public hearing thereon before the hearing official, and no remonstrances having been filed, the City Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the local improvement on the 9th day of May, 1958. The actual cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 has been determined to be: {Items 1 to 24 from Page 1 of PW ordinances The City Council has established the method of calculating local improve- ment assessments in Sections 7.17a and 1.175 of the.
