ORDINANCE N0. 19616 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING USE OF CITY STREETS; AMENDING <br />SECTION 5.044 OF THE EUGENE GODS, 1971; AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 5.040 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding <br />a new subsection ~n~ thereto, to provide: <br />.040 Dunes of the C T <br />... __' . ,,,,,.,ity Manager. The city manager or designate shall <br />exercise the fol~~owing duties by administrative actions: <br />~n~ Grant permission far use of particular streets by one or <br />more horse drawn wagons or carriages on a regular or isolated basis. <br />Section 2.
