ORDINANCE N0. ~9 ~o~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET, MAKING <br />APPROPRIATIONS DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE <br />ANNUAL AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX FOR THE CITY <br />OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JULY 1, 1989, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1990; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the budget far the City of Eugene, Oregon, for <br />the year commencing July 1, 1989 and ending June 30, 1990, as set <br />forth in Section 2 below be, and the same is hereby adapted. <br />Section 2.
