Provision should also <br />be made for small- and medium-scale industrial uses <br />within the context of industrial and business parks <br />which will maintain the campus-like setting with <br />minimal environmental impacts. Complementary uses <br />such as corporate office headquarters and <br />supporting commercial establishments serving <br />primary uses may also be sated on a limited basis. <br />Conceptual development planning, industrial park <br />standards and site review processes shall be <br />applied to ensure adequate circulation, <br />compatibility of uses and availability of large <br />sites for light industrial firms. A 50-acre <br />minimum lot size shall be applied to protect <br />undeveloped sites from piecemeal development until <br />a site development plan has been approved by the <br />city." <br />Section 3.
