~, . <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~~I~a,3 ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSE5SMENTS FOR <br />sewer pump station on Walton lane, 1300 feet north of Honeywood Street, to <br />serve Sterling view Estates Phase II and contiguous property currently outside <br />City limits in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />The City Counci 1 of the City of Eugene finds that <br />On the 25th day of April, 1988, as authorized in the Eu ene Code <br />g <br />7.1608} the City Engineer initiated the proposed local improvement consisting. <br />of sewer pump station on Walton Lane, 1300 feet north of Honeywood Street, to <br />serve Sterling view Estates Phase II and contiguous property currently outside <br />City limits. After due notice and a public hearing thereon before the hearing <br />official, and no remonstrances having been filed, the Cit Council authorized <br />Y <br />the execution of a contract for the construction of the local improvement o.n <br />the 26th day of June, 1988. <br />The actual cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be <br />assessed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911 has <br />been determined to be: <br />Items 1 to 24 from Page 1 of PW ordinance} <br />The City Counci 1 has _establ i shed the method of calculating 1 ocal <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 and 1.175 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />A notice containing the information required by Section 1.185 of the <br />Eugene Cade, 1911 has been posted on a bulletin board at City Hall and given <br />by certified mail to the owners of the parcels of real property subject to the <br />assessment mare than ten days prior to the public hearing before the hearing <br />official. At the time and place specified therein, a hearings official heard <br />ORDINANCE - 2 <br />
