ORDINANCE NO, 19640 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS; <br />AMENDING SECTION 5.005 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Sectian 5.005 of the Eugene Cade, 1911, is hereby amended <br />to provide: <br />5.005 State Traffic Laws. The provisions of ORS Chapters 801, 802, 803, <br />805, 806, 801, 809, 810, 811, 813, 814, 815, 816, 818, 819, 820, <br />821, 822, 823, and 153, including any amendments thereto by the Oregan Leg- <br />islative Assembly, are hereby adopted, and violation thereof shall constitute <br />an offense against the city. <br />Section 2, That the matters contained herein concern the public wel- <br />fare and safety, and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, <br />and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage by <br />the City Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />9th day of October, 1989 <br />_~ ~ - <br />City Reco der <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />9th day of October, 1989 <br />r~ ~ <br />a or <br />Ordinance <br />
