Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />THE CITY OF EaGENE DvES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sectian i. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, <br />annexed to the City of Eugene on July 8, 1989, as bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in Glenwood, <br />East of Henderson and Seneca, North of <br />21st Avenue, T1SS, R3W, S3, Map 12, <br />Parcel 900, 2409 Harrison Street, as more <br />particularly described on Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference Fischer, EC EU 89-22}, <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Glenwood Water District and <br />Willamalane Parks and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Sectian Z.
