ORDINANCE N0. 196 50 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING DRUG PARAPHERNALILA; AMENDING <br />SECTION 3.005 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; REPEALING <br />SECTIONS 3.300, 3.30, 3.304, 3.306, 3.308, 3.310, <br />3.31, AND 3.314 OF THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 3.005 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by repea1- <br />ing therefrom the caption "Drug Paraphernalia" and the definitions set forth <br />thereunder, <br />Section ~. The caption "Drug Paraphernalia" immediately preceding Sec- <br />tion 3.300, and Sections 3.300, 3.30, 3.304, 3.306, 3.308, 3.310, 3.312, <br />and 3.314 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby repealed, <br />Section 3. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurY <br />rence of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any <br />reference errors contained herein, or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, <br />1911, tv the Sections amended or repealed herein. <br />Section 4.
