action, the numbers and titles of City Funds fvr each fiscal year <br />shall be reflected in an attachment tv the Annual Appropriations <br />Act and established by the ordinance adopting that Act. Those <br />Funds established by resolution or ordinance subsequent to <br />adoption of an Annual Appropriations Act shall be listed in the <br />attachment thereto for the next fiscal year, unless a resolution <br />or ordinance dissolving the Fund is adopted prior thereto. <br />Section 3« All portions of resolutions or ordinances <br />establishing titles and numbers for Funds in conflict with those <br />in Exhibit A hereto are hereby repealed.
