ORDINANCE N0. ~~16J~S <br />AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />SANITARY SEWERS IN BETNEL DRIVE FROM OGLE STREET TO 400 FEET <br />NORTHWEST, OGLE STREET FROM BETHEL DRIVE TD 400 FEET SOUTH OF <br />ALLANE AVENUE FROM MADERA STREET TO OGLE STREET. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />On the 16th day of January, 19$9, as authorized in the Eugene Cade <br />1.I60~8~ the City Engineer initiated the proposed local improvement consisting <br />of sanitary sewers in Bethel Drive from Ogle Street to 400 feet northwest, <br />Ogle Street from Bethel Drive to 400 feet south Allane Avenue from Madera <br />Street to Ogle Street. ~ . <br />After due notice and a public hearing thereon before the hearing <br />official, and no remonstrances having been filed, on the 22nd day of May, <br />1989, the City Council formed the local improvement district and authorized <br />construction of the local improvement. <br />The actual cast of the local improvement is ascertained to be $69,131.16 <br />and the amounts to be assessed to be borne by the City or others has <br />been determined in accordance with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, <br />1911 and as set forth in. <br />Items 1 to 13 from Page 1 on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local im- :~ <br />provement assessments in Sections 1,110 and 1.175 of the Eugene Code, 1971. ~w <br />A notice containing the information required by Section 7.185 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1911 has been posted on a bulletin board at City Nall and given <br />ORDINANCE - 2 <br />
