Ordi ~~ar~ce: - 2 <br />1 <br />Dag license Fee - Unneutered Fee ...................... $5,00 <br />Dog License Fee - Neutered Fee ........................ 2.00 <br />Dog License Fee - Owners 65 years of age or older,..,. 2.Q0 <br />Duplicate License ..................................... 2.00 <br />Impoundment .......................................... 2D.00 <br />Daily Care per day maximum} ......................... 3.54 <br />Watchdog Permits ..................................... ~O.OD <br />~3} License Fees - Exce Lions. <br />~a} No license fee shall be required for any dog owned by a <br />blind person who uses the dog as a guide, A license shall be <br />issued for such dog upon proper proof of rabies vaccination and <br />upon filing of an affidavit by the blind person showing such dog <br />to come within this exemption, Such affidavit shall be filed <br />with the dog contral authority. <br />fib} Dog owners applying for the neutered dog license fee <br />must present to the dag control authority a certificate f ram <br />a licensed veterinarian stating that the dog to be licensed <br />has been neutered. <br />~c} After application upon a form to be provided by the <br />dog control authority, a permit may be issued to the licensed <br />owner of a dog to use that dog as a watchdog. The fee for such <br />permit shall be in addition to the individual dog license fee, <br />~d} Dog owners 65 years of age or older applying for <br />the dog license fee for awners 65 years of age or alder must <br />present to the dog control authority proper proof of rabies <br />vaccination and proper proof of age. <br />fie} Only as part of a publicized city-wide campaign to <br />license dogs owned by residents of the city and fora period not <br />to exceed 30 days, periodically the city manager may waive all or <br />part of the neutered dog license fee required in subsection ~2} <br />of this section . <br />Section 3. Subsections ~I}, ~5}, and ~9} of Section 4.99D of the <br />Eugene Code, X971, are hereby amended to read and provide: <br />4.990 Penalties - S ecific. <br />. ~1} Violation of section 4.354, 4.3753}~c}, 4.380, 4.4101} 3 <br />~} <br />~4} ~s punishable by fine not to exceed $25. <br />~5} Violation of any part of sections 4,872 to 4.818 is punish- <br />able by fine not exceeding $1Q0. <br />~9} Violation of sections 4.310, 4,3751}~c}, 4.3151}fie}, 4.415 <br />and 4.440 ~s punishable by fine not to exceed $50. <br />Section 4. Subsection ~b}1. of Section 7'.180 of the Eugene Code, 1911 <br />is hereby amended to read and provide; <br />
