An enclosed room containing more than <br />74 square feet of floor space and commonly used for living <br />purposes, but excluding: <br />1. Cabbies, halls, closets, storage space, <br />2. Unfinished attics, cellars or basements. <br />3. Bathrooms, utility rooms or kitchens or other <br />cooking spaces. <br />4. Dinette alcoves, dinettes or other dining spaces, <br />if these are not separated by walls or doors from other <br />dwelling rooms or cooking spaces. <br />5.
