A parcel of land which lawfully existed <br />as a lot on March 15, 1968, or which is legally created after <br />March 15, 1968, but in either case, does not now conform to the lot <br />area and lot dimension standards for the district in which it is <br />located. <br />Nanconformin use. A use of a building or land which <br />lawfully existed on March 15, 1968, and which is not now a use <br />permitted in the district in which it is located. <br />Nursing home.
