ordinance was passed, and the date when any objections or <br />remonstrances made in writing and filed with the Recorder of the <br />City of Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will be heard <br />and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the notice post, or cause to <br />be posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy of <br />the foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Cul-de-Sac <br />Vacation," and which notice shall be posted in~at least two <br />conspicuous places in or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice <br />shall be not less than twenty-eight ~~5~ days before the time set <br />for hearing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />13th day of March, 1985 <br />~s~ City ecorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />13th da f March, 19 <br />~___~ / ! <br />or <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
