<br />by renumbering the present Standards 16, 1~, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25,
<br />.26, 27, and 2S to 17, 15, 19, Z0, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29,
<br />and adding a new Standard 16 thereto, to read and provide;
<br />9.386 S eci al Standards For Certain Uses In Residential Districts.
<br />(16} Mobile Homes Outside Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Home Sub-
<br />divisions: Must be an parcels zoned /MH Mobile Home and conform to the
<br />standards in section 9.806~f}.
<br />~ 17} Multi -Family, In R-2, R-3, or R~-4 districts, site review i s
<br />required for ten or more units when:
<br />~a} next to,
<br />fib} across an alley from, or
<br />~c} directly across a local street
<br />from an existing single family dwelling.
<br />X18} Panhandle lots: Must conform to the standards ~in section
<br />Lion 9.095 of this chapter.
<br />X19} Sin le Family Accessory Units:
<br />~a} The structure containing the accessory and main dwell-
<br />ing units must be detached from other dwellings.
<br />fib} Either the main or accessory unit must be owner-occupied.
<br />~c} The structure containing the accessory and main dwelling
<br />units must have at least 1,500 square feet of floor area, exclud-
<br />ing garages and garage areas used for storage.
<br />~d} The accessory dwelling unit must:
<br />1. Be an efficiency unit with a maximum of 500 square
<br />feet of floor area, ar
<br />2. Be a conventional unit with a living room, kitchen,
<br />and one other habitable room, such as a bedroom, with a
<br />maximum of 600 square feet of floor area, or
<br />3. Occupy one ful 1 story of a mul ti -story structure,
<br />or
<br />4, occupy a maximum of 40% of the October 25, 1982,
<br />total floor area of the main dwelling.
<br />fie} There must be at least three off-street parking spaces
<br />on the property to serve the accessory and main dwelling units.
<br />~f} There must be no home occupation in the structure.
<br />fig} Unless all the people living in both the accessory and
<br />main dwelling units are related by blood, marriage, or adoption,
