ORDINANcE N0. 19326 <br />AN ORDINANCE PR(]~IDING FOR WITHDRAWING FROM <br />THE GLENWOOD WATER DISTRICT OF LANE COUNTY, <br />OREGON, THAT PART OF THE DISTRICT ANNEXED <br />TO THE CITY OF EUGENE BY FINAL ORDER NO. 815 <br />OF THE LANE COUNTY LOCAL GO~TERNMENT BOUNDARY <br />COMMISSION ON APRIL 2G, 1984. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution No . 3911 <br />adopted April 8, 1985, proposed withdrawal from the Glenwood <br />Water District of that part of the District annexed to the City <br />on April 26, 1984 by Final Order No. 816 of the Lane County <br />Local Government Boundary Commission, as hereinafter described. <br />The Resolution set stay 15, 1985 at 12:04 o'clock noon, <br />Pacific Daylight Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in <br />Eugene, Oregon, as the time and place for hearing objections <br />to the withdrawal, and directed that notice of the time and <br />place of the hearing be published once each week for two consecutive <br />weeks prior to the hearing and be posted in four public places <br />in the City for the same period. <br />The Notice has been so published in the Eugene Register <br />Guard and posted in four public places in the City of Eugene , <br />Oregon. <br />The City desires to assume liability of the District propor- <br />tionate to the part of the District that has been annexed to <br />the City, <br />No party has objected to the withdrawal of the annexed <br />territory from the District, and it is in the best interest <br />of the City that the territory be withdrawn. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />1 -Ordinance <br />
