ORDINANCE No. 19327 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHDRIIING THE CITY MANAGER <br />To EXTEND THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE TEMPORARY <br />AMBULANCE RULES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Counci 1 of the City of Eugene finds that; <br />Pursuant to the authority of Section 3,015 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, the City Manager adopted Temporary Ambulance Rules <br />on November 19, 1984, As provided in that section and the Rules, <br />they were effective for a period of 180 days from their adoption. <br />Permanent rules have not been pramul gated , and it would <br />be in the public interest to authorize the City Manager to extend <br />the effective date of the Temporary Ambulance Rules far an additional <br />ninety day period. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FoLLOYS: <br />Section 1, Based upon the above findings, which are incorw <br />porate herein, and notwithstanding the requirements of Section <br />3,015 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager is authorized <br />tv extend the effective date of the Temporary Ambulance Rules <br />adopted on November 19, 1984 for an additional n i nety days to <br />August 1~, 1985, <br />Section ~.
