The Building Official shall determine if uses similar to the above <br />in terms of district intent, operating characteristics, building bulk and <br />size, parking demand, customer types, and traffic generation are to be per- <br />mitted, permitted conditionally, or prohibited in the district requested. <br />~. 1n all but the C~-4 District, all uses except those normally associ- <br />ated with outdoor displays, storage, or operations, such as automobile sales, <br />craft markets, garden supply centers, & service station pump islands, shall <br />be in entirely enclosed buildings unless otherwise approved in a conditional <br />use permit. <br />3.
