The planning department shall forward <br />to the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission cauncil <br />resolutions approving annexation requests. The Boundary Commission has <br />final authority to effect annexations under applicable state law. <br />Section 9. Section 9.259 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is amended to read <br />and provide: <br />9.259 Devela meet in Accordance with Planned Unit Develo ment, <br />Conditional Use Permit or Site Review Re uirements.
