This does not apply to use of an existing <br />structure, with or without expansion. <br />Noise emissions, especially from adjacent transportation <br />systems and from permitted and conditional use, and other environ- <br />mental qualities should be considered to preserve the livability <br />of the district. <br />Section 2. Permitted Buildin s and Uses. In this MU-R <br />District, the following categories of buildings and uses are <br />permitted as a matter of r fight, subject to the provisions of <br />this MU~-R Ordinance and the Eugene Code, 1971.
