ORDINANCE NO. 19332 <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR 'NITHDRAWING FROM <br />THE GLENWOOD WATER DISTRICT OF LANE COUNTY, <br />OREGONr THAT PART OF THE DISTRICT ANNEXED <br />TO THE CITY OF EUGENE BY FINAL ORDER NO. 825 <br />OF THE LANE COUNTY LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY <br />COIKMISSION ON APRIL 4, 19$5. <br />.. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene by Resolution No. 3921 <br />adopted i~ay 29, 1985, proposed withdrawal from the Glenwood <br />Water District of that part of the District annexed to the Cit <br />y <br />on April 4, 1985 by Final Order No. 825 of the Lane Count Local <br />Y <br />Government Daundary Commission, as hereinafter described, <br />The Resolution set June 19, 1985 at 12:00 o'clock noon, <br />Pacific Daylight Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in <br />Eugene, aregon, as the time and place far hearing objections <br />to the withdrawal, and directed that notice of the time and <br />place of the hearing be published once each week for two consecutive <br />weeks prior to the hearing and be posted in four public places <br />in the City for the same period. <br />The Notice has been so published in the Eugene Register <br />Guard and posted in four public places in the City of Eugene , <br />Gregon. <br />The City desires to assume liability of the District propor- <br />tionate to the part of the District that has been annexed to <br />the City, <br />No party has objected to the withdrawal of the annexed <br />territory from the District, and it is in the best interest <br />of the City that the territory be withdrawn. <br />NOWT THEREFORE, <br />1 -Ordinance <br />
