THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES URDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed <br />to the City of Eugene on April 4, 1985, as bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />As described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference Fischer <br />A/Z 84.2, T.L. 1900 and 2000, Assessor's <br />Map 18-03-~03-1 2, located on the east side <br />of Henderson S treet between 21st Avenue <br />and 22nd Avenues . <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Glenwood dater District, <br />Section 2. The matters contained herein concern the public <br />welfare and , therefore , an emergency is hereby declared to exist, <br />and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayar. <br />Passed by the City Council this Approved by the Mayo this <br />19th day of June, 195 19th of J,~e, ~5 <br />-5 ~ City Recorder ayor <br /> <br />2 -- Ordinance <br />
