officers of Lane County, Oregon, before the time for completing the tax <br />rolls, so that the tax rolls may be extended and the taxes therein <br />collected at the time that afher taxes are callected. That the levy must <br />be made and completed and in the hands of the County Officers immediately, <br />and i t i s necessary for the peace, health, and safety of the City of <br />Eugene that the levy be placed in the hands of the County Assessor without <br />delay.
