<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLO~iS;
<br />Section 1. The table of boards, commissions and committees set forth in
<br />Section 2.013~1~ is amended by deleting therefrom the listings far "Gamblin
<br />g
<br />Committee" and "Public Solicitations Commission" .
<br />Section 2. Sections 2.090, 2.095, 2.10D, 2.215, 2.217, and 2.219 of the
<br />Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby repealed.
<br />Section 3. Section 3.005 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, is amended by deleting
<br />the definitions for "Gambling", and the "General" definitions therefrom, and
<br />adding the following captions and definitions thereto:
<br />3.005 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words
<br />and phrases shall mean:
<br />Uniform Business Practices
<br />Commercial Solicitor.
<br />Commercial Solicitor. A person who goes f ram house to house
