~a} violate any applicable federal, state or local law or <br />regulation; <br />fib} Sell, deliver or otherwise transfer a firearm capable of <br />being concealed on the person to a person whom the dealer has cause <br />to believe is an alien or who has been convicted of a felony; <br />~c} 5e11, deliver or otherwise transfer a dangerous weapon <br />to a person under the age of 1S years unaccompanied by a parent or <br />guardian; <br />~d} Sell, deliver or otherwise transfer a weapon to any per- <br />son who does not present proper identification; <br />fie} Deliver a pistol or revolver to a purchaser until 120 <br />hours after application far the purchase has passed and until the <br />register entries required by DRS 166.420 have been completed; <br />~f} Deliver any firearm that is not unloaded and securely <br />wrapped; <br />fig} Sell or dispose of any firearm without keeping a retard <br />of the sale on a register prescribed in DRS 166.42D~1} and required <br />by ORS 166.42D~6}.
