Any person, or employe of any per- <br />son who, as all or part of a business: <br />~a} Purchases or sells used articles; ar <br />fib} ~lrecks, dismantles or disassembles a used vehicle <br />and offers for sale the components thereof; or <br />~c} Lends money on security of used articles, except a <br />person dealing exclusively in whole automobiles, books, clothing, <br />furniture, electrical appliances, ar farm implements and machinery; <br />a person who purchases or sells used articles for four days or <br />less in a six month period; or a nonprofit corporation ar associ- <br />ation that sells or otherwise exchanges only donated articles.
