~d} On Impacted Forest Lands limit nonforest uses, fie} Prohibit residences on Non.~Impacted Forest Lands except for the maintenance or replacement of existing residences or except for a residence an a lot of record. A lot of record shall be defined consistently with Sections 9 to 12, Chapter 584, Oregon Laws 1983.
