ORDINANCE NO. 19356 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITY FEES; <br />AMENDING SECTION 5.285 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 197I, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsections ~5~ and ~6~ of Section 5.2$5 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971 are amended to read and provide: <br />5.255 Char es for Off-Street Parkin . <br />~5~ Except for the airport as defined in section 2.415 of this <br />Code, the following minimum and maximum charges are hereby established for <br />off-street parking facilities provided by the city. The charges far a s e- <br />ci f i c faci l i t or art thereof to p <br />~ p be established by administrative action of <br />the city manager except he may not establish the charges for parking facili-~ <br />ties within the Downtown Development District without first receiving the <br />recommendation of the Downtown Commission. <br />$0.25 <br />Hourly Rates to <br />o .
