Final Order No. 1150 of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated April 8, 1999. all as hereinafter more particularly described. The Resolution set February 28, 2000, at 7:30 P.M., Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, in Eugene, Oregon, as the time and place for hearing objections to the withdrawals, and directed that notice of the time and place of the hearing be published once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and be posted in four public places in the City for the same period. The Notice has been so published in the Register Guard and posted in four public places in the City of Eugene, Oregon. The City is willing to assume the liabilities and indebtedness previously contracted by the Districts proportionate to the parts of the Districts that have been annexed to the City upon the effective date of the withdrawals. The withdrawals of the annexed territories from the Districts are consistent with the fundamental principles and applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is in the best interest of the City that the territories be withdrawn. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on January 11, 1999, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated February 8, 1999, as bounded and described as follows: Tax Lot 600, Assessors Map 17-04-23-12, located in the River Road = region of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Horn Lane, east of Sunny Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Gansen, EC EU 99-01) is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District, effective July 1, 2000. Section 2. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of Eugene on February 26, 1999, by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission dated April 13, 1999, as bounded and described as follows: Tax Lot 4101 and 4200, Assessors Map 17-04-23-24, located in the = Ordinance - 3
