<br />ORDINANCE NO. 20198 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PARKING LOT RATES, <br />AND AMENDING SECTION 5.285 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br />1971. <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br /> Subsection (5) of Section 5.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide: <br />5.285 Charges for Off-Street Parking. <br />(5) Except for the airport as defined in section 2.415 of this code, the following <br />maximum charges are hereby established for off-street parking facilities provided by the city. The <br />charges for a specific facility or part thereof and the conditions upon which parking is authorized shall <br />be established by administrative action of the city manager. <br />Hourly Rates $2.00 <br />Daily* $3.50 <br />Special Event** $3.00 <br />* 7a.m. to 6 p.m. except Sundays and Holidays. <br />** After 6 p.m. any day of the year and all day Sundays and holidays <br />notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City <br />Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in other <br />provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council this Approved by the Mayor this <br /> <br />thth <br />10 day of July, 2000 10 day of July, 2000 <br /> <br /> <br /> /s/ Warren G.
