<br />Ramp #30, Spring Boulevard Ramp #20, and the Spring Boulevard Overpass that lies
<br />within or over the right of way of County Road Number 1313, from the previously
<br />surrendered portion of 30th Avenue (accepted by City of Eugene Ordinance #19497),
<br />being 100 feet, more or less, easterly of the east boundary of the Tenth Addition to
<br />Nob Hill, as recorded in Book 69, Page 2, Lane County, Oregon Plat Records;
<br />easterly 1500 feet, more or less, to the easterly right of way of Spring Boulevard all in
<br />Section 9, Township 18 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian.

<br />extension of Dale Avenue, in Sections 8 and 17 South, Range 3 West of the
<br />Willamette Meridian.
