<br />for which the City has SpeCial maintenance agreements with other jurisdictions for ice>and
<br />snow . control. These policies do .not apply to the Eugene Airport because snow
<br />removal pnictices and procedures such as plowing, anti-icing, sanding, and deicing
<br />operation. at the Airport, are lofluenced by the Federal Aviation Administration and the
